You can have a digital QR code on the meter - harder to rip off. But you can never protect completely against vandalism. Someone could also destroy the cash meter...
Agree. Could also stick it behind plastic. Need to make sure it's not too easy to destroy while being scannable. I like the idea overall, though!
Another easy implementation for mass BCH adoption: PARKING METERS. Each parking meter has a QR sign with a unique address on it. Replace those costly credit card meters with BCH ones.
What happens if some angry dude peels off the QR code? No more parking? Or would it also accept fiat for redundancy?
