I for sure am nowhere near that now. Honestly I drink water maybe once or twice a week. (Plain water). I do drink Gatorade, tea, coffee, Hawaiian punch, etc. But yes I need to work on water. Thanks for pointing it out to me! Adding it to my schedule

Thanks! I would like to keep a log of all this. I may need to start posting like Food/Drinks, Sleep/leisure and Exercise/Habits separately. So like 3 post a day or something. Haven't got it narrowed down. Just happy I am 4 days in and enjoying it!

Hmm... that is interesting.. I researched a lot on water the last few weeks... I cant decide what to believe. I see a lot of "Scientific Studies" that say like 6 bottles a day or whatever... then others that say only when your thirsty.. and etc...
