Ive never had a better stretch of days feeling so good waking up. Harder workouts, More sleep, Eating healthier. Seems to be a good combination to feel pretty damn good!
I am going to change up what this graphic below looks like at some point. Want to include different things. Tobacco and Energy drinks are not going back in my life. Water is consistently above 100. Screen time doesn't tell much.

Ive been researching it a little. I'm on the fence... Some ppl swear by it, others are just meh. I do have coconut oil though, use it for all my cooking! Ill post about it if I decided to bite the bullet and order some!
No Energy Drinks is going well so far... I don't even crave them, and my energy levels have felt fine. We will see if that changes over the next week or so.
