Day 91: I am making the switch back to coffee and cutting out energy drinks. Going to try 1-2 weeks of that, then see if I can cut back on coffee too... I struggle to see myself functioning very well stimulant free though.

Main goal is to just be healthier. No real weightloss plan. As I never understood trying to lose weight... ppl should be more focused on fat loss, not weight loss. Working on trying to set out a better diet/exercise plan.
