Starting tomorrow I am getting back on my Water game. 100 oz/day is my goal. Also eliminating sugar/creamer from my coffee.. And ELIMINATING ENERGY DRINKS! Also, I am going do a 16/8 fast for as long as I can. (Days Wise) .
I have not... but I LOVE to cook, so if I can find a good plan, its just a matter of effective purchasing to keep my average cost down. (buy bulk ingredients to use for multiple weeks/meals). Ill have to check some out for recipe ideas! Thanks @7141
I would LOVE kettle bells, Used them during my college athletic days. They are just expensive to get a set. Think last time I looked a 20-50lb set was like $1500?
Any recommendations on Meal Prep? Or workout routines? Been reading a lot about both lately and it seems there is no commonly agreed upon Prep/Routine on what works for everyone.
Thanks for the comment. I honestly don't know why I smoked or drank either day. Not like I was doing anything... Took some time this weekend to reread and reflect on the last 30 days. I am going to step it up.
