Correct, I've been in crypto for a while (never touched my BCH from the fork btw) but most of my experience is in ETH, I'm really impressed by BCH for a number of reasons...
Basically, we are going to see first hand how Bitcoin was really meant to work.
Unfucking believable how my transactions still go through and are cheap/fast...I came here from ETH lol...

Even if Lightning Network was the better technology (it's not, but let's just pretend it is for a moment), I would never support the side that use mass censorship, no matter how good the technology.
Block times on BCH block chain have been a little ridiculous the past 2 hours. 2 Blocks in 2 hours... bummer
Yeah, what's going on with that? It helps with the stress test and fills up mempool more, but I doubt miners are doing it on purpose. If it was on purpose they would mine empty blocks.
I imported the wallet into Electron Cash like you suggested. Worked great - I can see all the sats I put on scale.cash but don't think they've been used.

BCH Memo is genius in that it stops trolls, astroturfing & people wasting their breath. It is going to be the new reddit.

We need memo + IPFS as soon as possible. And follow the example of @Tom and publish as many books/article on the BCH blockchain to make them practically unburnable

5. Were it up to miners and me, all of my transactions would be on-chain. This is why Bitcoin had to fork into Bitcoin Cash, so that the validators of my transactions are the ones with the correct economic incentives.
All polls on memo are public. Private polling would be cool, but not something we have planned.
A poll expire datetime is needed too.
The peer-to-peer electronic cash system invented by Satoshi Nakamoto lives on as BCH.
BTC is an experimental currency that does not have a white paper and has only operated under its current model for two years.

You know what would be an awesome feature? Chained transactions for longer messages + having an optional tick box on Yours.org to post longer-form writing to the blockchain, for however many tx fees it costs.
