"Our issue is NOT that Lightning sucks, introduces trust, or is designed poorly. Our problem is that it’s not supposed to be a replacement for Bitcoin."
I do have an issue with it introducing trust and being designed poorly. Just for the record.
Before you pick sides consider the following:
Amaury Sechet (ABC Dev) & Gregory Maxwell are buddies.
Jihan(bitmain) is a major investor in Blockstream.
Trezor(core troll supreme) supports ABC.
Please open your eyes
The best part about all of this is that users don't get to make the decisions. Hash power decides. End of story.
First the community, seems all the people who made Bitcoin a currency are here on BCH,the tech is unique, and between its room for growth and how underestimated it is...love it here.
I agree, I love the community here. Curious what you mean when you say:
Correct, I've been in crypto for a while (never touched my BCH from the fork btw) but most of my experience is in ETH, I'm really impressed by BCH for a number of reasons...
Ok so it must be my computer having issues displaying the activity.
Maybe. Not sure, but there is definitely stress testing going on. Check Blockchair.com for accurate block info on both chains. Last BCH block was roughly 6MB.
So what’s the outcome of the stress test?
- Txstreet.com has gone quiet with almost nothing happening on the BCH side.
- Txhighway.com has a server error?
ANY UPDATES?
I wouldn't call over 32MB of txs "going quite with almost nothing happening"
