The password is required to export the private key. For account recovery you'd only need the private key.

I have not tried all the others but xfce ticks all the boxes for me, lightweight, customisable, fully featured etc.
I think that it would be good if the buses had a number on them. When you scroll to the left it will difficult to know how many buses are full.
You will get notifications when a new bus begins boarding with that bus #, so that should help. Also turn on "Auto Scroll BCH" so it automatically scrolls to that bus.
The time since last departure seems off. I see the bus leave but it says it left 1;30 or so ago. Is that because it uses the timestamp in the blocks?
Yes it uses the timestamp now. Before it just reset to zero, but the page can be delayed with receiving the block info.
