I also find there's no point in debating, there's just no language that can describe something you have seen or understood to another human if they haven't experienced it. English is limited.
Later stage is management of that growth, and that may not work with key philosophies of Capitalism. Everything has their place, and it may be best for a time being, but never forever.
I think try to allow yourself to see the issue from all sides. There's never one way. Capitalism is essentially competitive and aggressive, but this is what drives growth.

I'm in the brain science field, we have tested thousands of people on their views on Trump, majority fell in the indifference category while verbally speaking on Trump.
Instead of wasting brain bandwidth on hating trump and all these leaders, go work on something. You will quickly find it's not as easy as you perceived it to be.

Good CEOs also have to know how to utilize their ego but not get stuck on it. That would be top level leadership. Anything but is childish.
CEO is only one position that helps along any work at hand. Without the innovators, there's nothing to be the CEO of. Innovation skills has nothing to do with CEO skills mind you.
Also, not everyone is fit to be CEOs, if everyone was a CEO, the world would be in war. Everyone has their place and equally important. It's an ecosystem. Need to appreciate all to flourish.
Has anyone thought that to some humans, money simply is not important. Whats more important, money or access? If you have access you don't need money. If you have money then you can buy access.
Actually there isn't right or wrong, one has to reach within and think about what they want to do accordingly. Observe how their realities are manifesting around them at all times.
