Most worth-full BCH discussion should be done on memo. The target audience is already here on memo. The trolls are likely not on memo and even if they are, they cannot just freeroll

o-conf (InstaPay) is completely risk free for online merchants shipping physical goods. If the transaction is not confirmed you simply cancel the order and don't ship the product.
One of the disadvantages of Memo is no edit or delete possibilities. Perhaps there is a work around? Maybe posts can be tagged so that memo doesn't see them anymore? @memo.cash
Edit and delete actions can be added to the protocol and supported in the UI. Of course since it's on-chain you will always be able to see the original.
