Understandable. Stopped using Instagram for similar reasons. It's also not as photographer friendly as it used to be anyways.
I think twitter is really good if you curate the feed correctly. It's been useful for me especially for studying Japanese style photography.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Laser eyes trolling on twitter. Frog NFTs glitter in the dark on the BSV network. All those moments will be lost in time, like Twetch post on the blockchain. Time to sell.

To elaborate: Demographics are shifting in most developed countries to an inverted age pyramid. A major driver of social media adoption is youth culture.
I don't know where things are going to go but even Tik Tok will begin to lose it's grip on people with time. Suppose that's why Elon wants x/twitter to be more like Wechat. Seems to have a better balance between being a utility vs entertainment platform.
Powping had an interesting community but was never going to be big imo. BSV has other problems but I think the failure of social media on the blockchain is one of timing. The contemporary model of social media is changing/dying.
I can appreciate the backwater vibe of twetch. Which is why I still post here.
