I have a private memo node running. You need a full BCH node, Golang, memcache and mysql installed. Create a db, scan all the records in and fire up the web server. Not bad at all.
Just not sure how far it is censorship resistant since memos' text is not encrypted and miners can choose which transactions going into blockchain (based on fees, and now sentiment)
There are plans to make memo posts encrypted.
