I think the load balancer of Bitbox is limiting the number of transactions they can put through their system at a time.
Blockchain.info API is not relaying stresstest transactions as far as I know

the issue is that a lot of people will complain about which fork is the one that was referred to in the contract if it is not written correctly
So it's going to be like bitfinex and segwit2x
CoinEx is going to struggle to pull that off because there isn't going to be a fork, it's a hash war
A few services are starting to show their weaknesses now. This is why BCH must scale now, people are too complacent.
