Surprise! It's been here since January 9, 2009.

Why do you think Bitcoin v0.1has never changed, just because the name is the same?
1970d
Bitcoin is BitcoinSV. Bitcoin Cash is Bitcoin Cash.

Sometimes the status quo demands disruption. Sometimes the Pareto Principle schisms groups. Sometimes someone crosses the line and demands response. Sometimes all three.

IPv6 is 20 years old. Why haven't you upgraded?
cbeastsv
replied 1970d
IPv6 would get mass adoption if people destroyed the internet and started over. They should have done that in 2000. Missed opportunity. Let's not miss this one to get the real Bitcoin.

Why do you say "Lock the protocol have no chance to win"? Internet protocol has been locked now for 30 years.

The Pareto Principle. Champions will organically emerge. We only have one internet. People using FidoNet don't get much attention anymore unless connected also to the web.

SV is a labor of love of Bitcoin as it was intended. That benefits everyone. BAB benefits nobody because the economic incentive is broken.

Like Ethereum, ICOs add store of value when they are expensive to mine. ICOs need to be profitable businesses, not speculative tokens. Scripts, not DSV and oracles.

The "market" poisoned the Bitcoin Cash wallets (with incompatible opcode) and making fake "futures" for a coin that didn't exist. I have no idea how the SEC will look at that.

Yet IBM and many many enterprises have created their own blockchains already.

Wonderful. We'll see 1500 ICOs p/s and no store of value added by them.

What's does that have to do with supporting LN?

That's why we have experiments. Genocide is the default economic theory, but we're always looking for something better.

I wasn't talking about Bitcoin. I mean proof of work. It may be possible to relaunch bitcoin for AI only someday.
