Yeah, they changed the name of the app to their token. The author refers to BCH as "bcash" in the code and there's some questionable data mining, but the secure code is solid.

While I mostly agree, there are some benefits to using a blockchain. If the SEC mandated companies publish block hashes they would be unable to edit transaction history.
Consensus and PoW are a large part of immutability and future trust (ala 51% attack).
All these companies/ICOs adopting 'Blockchain' doesnt mean a damn thing unless you have decentralized hash power behind its generation (security). Otherwise you just have a shitty database

Great point that is often missed. Anyone can chain blocks of data together. PoW is what makes this unique, trustworthy, and immutable.

@memo is there any sort of UTXO consolidation? For example, on each action it will find UTXO and combine it (tips, adding more funds, etc).
UTXO consolidation is only done if required (e.g. low funds or a large tip). Otherwise it just uses your UTXO with the most value.
