Are you being serious? Change “bitcoin” to “bitcoincash” in the HTTP header and URI.

BitcoinJ, Electrum, bread. Converting between BTC and BCH should be the easy part.
replied 2177d
Search for it. Literally 5 docs and 3 open source wallets pop up on the first page 🤔
replied 2177d
BIP70 is one part of it, much like BIP32, BIP39, sort-of BIP43, and BIP44 all make up a "wallet."

(cont) It has existed in some form since the early 60s (EBS and CONELRAD). It's the same system that sends tornado warnings.
replied 2177d
The only time in the history of the EBS/EAS that called for a national alert, it wasn't used. The first national test was a disaster. This test was much better. (cont)

Nah, it’s all mathematics at the root level and it’s universal. Even alien civilizations would understand this because mathematics is the language of the universe.

It’s not LIKE money, it IS money. Dollar is backed by US, Euro is backed by EU, BCH is backed by the universal truth of mathematics 😁

I like Flash. "BCH Flash accepted here." BCH Flash could be marketed as pay-and-go. A visual guide could demonstrate no tokens, no buying into LN, no separate wallets. "It just works"

Here are some ideas: Zero Wait, Flash Transactions, Instant Transactions, Snap-Instant, Zero Flash Payments. *shrug* Hope this will help get the brain juices flowing for others.

(cont) Maybe make the analogy that a cup of coffee requires no confirmation, but a large bill or high priced item is checked. Then tie in the word "confirmation" with what 0-conf is.
replied 2190d
We need a marketing buzzword. 0-conf has no meaning to someone who doesn't know the protocol. "Instant" something?

Correct. If a site uses the upvote/downvote system, another may completely ignore them.

@memo @jason hey man, just saying thanks for all of your hard work. This is truly groundbreaking. 🥃

You could, and you could even publish those to the blockchain. But the sites/apps that display the content may not honor it. For me, I’d rather not deal with voting.

"These limits were added unnecessarily" = 👏👏👏👏. Get the crap that forces off chain txns out of our code base.
replied 2196d
A couple weeks? How do I get a job like that? 😂

The protocol doesn't prohibit it. A miner could mine a transaction with more than 1 provably unspendable output. The issue is the nodes consider them nonstandard and won't relay them.

New blog post about the risks and benefits of layer-2 BCH tokens.

Wow, I didn’t realize it was invite either. Is there a process or do we just tweet the guy?

"Anonymous" doesn't provide any data or context. Can't have a conversation with "Anonymous" because you can't follow the thread of messages. Everyone has an address, we should use it.
replied 2198d
I like seeing the PKH if they didn't set a name. Maybe show the cashaddr instead of base58, and shorten the cashaddr as "xxxx...yyyy" by showing the first 4 and last 4.

The text differentiates people (e.g. if multiple anonymous people were replying to each other). Otherwise it would be hard to follow the conversation. It could be shortened though.

@scriptSig yes you're right, I used bch price 500 usd, also bigger tx because we could have to use more then one input. Also I was thinking to use op_return that's not necessary.
