Lower token purchase fees by switching to a monthly plan instead

For a typical user the 1.5% fee on token purchases is small. For users who purchase more there is now the option to remove the fee and switch to a 0.05 BSV monthly plan instead.

Memo is non-custodial, so automated subscriptions are not currently possible. The monthly plan is pre-paid, either one month at a time or many months in advance.
